I saw this man perform at The Black Ensemble Theater in a musical about Jackie Wilson when I was only six years old .. It moved me beyond words. I felt like I was looking at magic on stage (I was). I can say that that was one of the beginning moments of building my passion for the arts. It’s such a blessing for me to be able to meet him as an adult and tell him how he inspired me before I even knew how to name the feeling. Forever a fan of you Chester Gregory, can’t wait to see perform again. And thank you momma, for exposing me to the arts!!
